Tips / Life Hacks

You can use the flat cover in the middle to have a complete rectangular shape, increasing the capacity to 3L/12 cups.?

FOR EASY UNMOLDING:

Brush the inside lightly with oil or rinse the mold with cold water, then add ice cubes and let it for 5 minutes before adding mixture.

FOR SERVING:

The mold has 24 ridges, so you can cut 24 portions; 12 if you use 2 ridges as guidance.

Additional Tips and Care

To avoid additional condensation, do not place the Jel Party against walls of your fridge.

Assembly for preparation

  • Place crown insert in Jel Party.
  • Place Jel Party mold on a flat surface with rectangular opening on top.
  • Once mixture inside place tray/cover on top.
  • Place in fridge for to stiffen.

Use and Care

  • Maximum temperature should be 60¡ãC/140¡ãF.

How to unmold

  • To unmold, remove from fridge and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • ?Place Jel Party upside down over Tray/Cover.
  • ?Gently release crown insert by sliding your finger under tab and around circumference to let in air and release mold.
  • The Jel Party will unmold into a perfect shape!

How to clean

  • Clean and dry your product before first use.
  • Staining may occur, but this does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Use a low temperature program on your dishwasher to save energy and protect the environment.
